Is my order really anonymous?
We keep no account, no email and no order history tied to your identity. Your delivery details are encrypted and used only to print the shipping label, then wiped once tracking shows delivered. Payment is crypto, so there is no bank or card record either.
How discreet is the packaging?
Every parcel is vacuum-sealed, odour-controlled and shipped in a plain, unmarked outer with a generic return address. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents. Tablets travel in their cartons; injectables and peptides are wrapped against impact and temperature.
What if my parcel is seized or lost?
